what are the carrier options after 12 science except mbbs including physics,chemisty,biology

Apart from MBBS, you can choose several other courses after 12th class. Graduation can be taken in subjects where in you are interested in. B.Sc graduation can be opted in any subjects. B.Pharm is a good option after 12th class. Career options are available in government and private sector. You can apply in Indian Army too. Clerical positions in banks is also an option. Also other job options come about in government departments like police force, income tax etc.

You should opt for Bsc in physics, chem, bio. Also you can go for Bio-tech in Symbiosis in pune
