What are the chances of getting promoted to 2nd year having ATKT in 1st year of B.Com?

Hi, can I get external admission to SY B.Com (2nd year) as I have passed FY B.Com (1st year) with A.T.K.T in one subject? Please, let me know would I'll be promoted to 2nd year or not?
