what is the cost of iit form and what is the last date of submission

The cost of JEE 2012 application form is

Rs. 1800/- for GE/OBC Male candidates
Rs. 1000/- for SC/ST/PD Male candidates
Rs. 200/- for All Female candidates

The last date of receipt of filled in application form is 15th Dec 2011.

If a candidate chooses to apply online then the application fee would be as under

Rs. 1600/- for GE/OBC Male candidates
Rs. 800/- for SC/ST/PD Male candidates
Free for All Female candidates.

The last date to apply online is 10th December 2011.

Important dates for IIT JEE-2012 exam:
Online process of issuing application form is 31st Oct 2011 to 10 Dec 2011. Offline process of issuing application form is 11th Nov 2011 to 5th Dec 2011. Exam will held on 8th April 2012.

Application cost for IIT-JEE in offline mode:
For OBC/General male candidate is Rs.1800/-
For SC/ST/PD male candidate is Rs.1000/-
For all Female candidate is Rs.200/-

Application Forms For IIT JEE

The IIT JEE application forms are already available online as well as offline..

The IIT JEE 2012 is going to be conducted on 8th April,2012

The last date of form submission is 15th December,2011

You can apply online..just Click Here

You can also apply offline by availing the forms from your nearest Union Bank of India Branch or your nearest book depots..

The cost of the form for various categories is as follows :-

For General category males : Rs 1800
For OBC/SC/ST males : Rs 1000
For all females : Rs 200

Only those candidates who are going to appear for their 12th boards in 2012 or who have passed their 12th in 2011 are eligible for appearing in IIT JEE 2012..

Candidates must also possess 60% aggregate in Physics,Chemistry and Maths in your 12th boards..

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA IIT-JEE :-

1.The candidate must have passed their 10+2 examinations from a recognized board with physics ,chem and math.

2. You must score 60% above in 12th.

If you fulfill the above criteria then you are eligible for IIT JEE.

AGE CRITERIA:-

Your age should be in between 17 to 25 years.

IIT JEE SCHEDULE:-

Form availability - 11th November, 2011

Last date for submitting form – 5th December, 2011

Availability of online forms for IIT JEE 2012 – From 11th November 2011 to 10th December 2011

IIT JEE 2012 date – 8th April, 2012 (Sunday)

IIT JEE 2012 Result declaration date – 16th May, 2012

So you are eligible for 2013 IIT JEE EXAM.

Cost of the IIT JEE form-

For GENERAL and OBC-1600
For SC and ST -800
For Female Candidate - No fees

For the Online application, you have to CLICK HERE.

The rates for the Online application form for IIT JEE are :

GEN/OBC (Male) - Rs. 1600/-

SC/ST/PD (Male) - Rs. 800/-

No Cost for female applicants.

The last date to apply online is 10th December 2011.

For the Offline, you have to buy an application form and information brochure from any designated bank branch, and the cost would be as follows :

GEN/OBC (Male) - Rs. 1800/-

SC/ST/PD (Male) - Rs. 1000/-

All Female applicants - Rs. 200/-

The last date of receipt of filled in application form is 15th Dec 2011.

So please act on time and submit your application before the last date.
