sir i got air 31266 in aieee 2011. my state code of eligibility is jharkhand. i belong to a bit poor family background. i want to do b.tech in mechanical or manufacturing engineering. i also want to study in eastern india only. i belong to general category. can i get any good govt college or any affordable private college in west bengal or jharkhand or bihar?

My son completing 3 yr diploma in electronics from Technical College Dayalbagh(AICTE approved)AGRA (U.P.)in june 2012. expecting above 80% marks. registration fee=2500 rs.
