Hi, I want to do MBA in Hotel Management but in this course non veg cooking is there or not? What is the exact course structure in the full MBA Hotel Management? Does it differs from colleges to colleges or more or less similar only?

MBA Hotel Management is a 2-years duration course dealing with Events, Meetings, Tourism, Food and Beverages, Hospitality, etc.

Its a semester-wise post graduation containing following subjects.

Semester I

• Principles of Tourism and Hotel Management
• Financial accounting for Tourism and Hotel Business
• Tourism Products of India
• Managerial Communication

Semester II

• Human Resource Management
• Food Production and Beverage Service
• Travel Management
• Central Reservation System Procedure
• Bakery and Confectionary Theory

Semester III

• Cargo Management
• Food safety and Nutrition
• Tourism Planning
• Tourism Hospitality and Marketing Management
• Entrepreneurship Development

Semester IV

• Legal Framework for Tourism and Hotel
• Research Methodology
• Customer Relationship and Service Management
• Hotel Facility Management
• IT for Tourism and Hotel
• Internship and Report

As per course curriculum, non-veg food cooking is mentioned in 2nd semester as Food Production.

Course curriculum may vary from college to college, university to university. This syllabus will not be same for every college/institute.
