I want to know about criteria for NDA physical test ?

Candidates willing to join tri-services through NDA Exam have to be physically fit.On medical rounds, medical and physical standards to be met for joining the Indian Army. In case of medical grounds too, there should be
Wax (Ears),Deviated Nasal Septum,Hydrocele/Phimosis
--Overweight/Underweight
--Gynaecomastia,Tonsillitis,Varicocele
-- must be free from serious diseases.
-- must not be any bone & joint disease.
-- must not have mental breakdown or fits.
-- chest must be fully expanded & not less than 81 c.m.
Candidates should be able to read in a distant vision chart 6/6 in better eye and 6/9 in worse eye with or without glasses. Myopia should not be more than 2.5 D and hypermetropia not more than 3.5 D including Astigmatism. For physical test, candidates have to prove themselves at running 2.4 km within 15 minutes. They have to perform 20 push ups and sit ups and 8 chin ups. They have to perform 3-4 meter rope climbing.
