Re: What is the difference between AIEEE and IIT JEE?
Both the exam are engineering entrance exam. If you wish to join IIT for the engineering then you must appear for the IIT JEE exam. They donot accept any other score. AIEEE on the other is an exam conducted at the all India level. All government colleges accept this score. Some private institutes also accept this score.

Re: What is the difference between AIEEE and IIT JEE?
Dear candidate,
IIT-JEE and AIEEE are both top-level Engineering Entrance Exams of India. Successful Candidates get admission in top engineering colleges of India like IIT, NIT, IIIT, and other deemed universities of India after qualifying these exams. AIEEE is gateway to NITs, IIITs and other deemed universities while IIT-JEE exam is doorway to IITs. Every year nearly 11 lakhs students appear in AIEEE exam and about 25,000 candidates get good colleges. In case of IIT-JEE exam, nearly 5 lakh students give exam every year and about 9600 candidates get seat in IITs. |

Re: What is the difference between AIEEE and IIT JEE?
Both IIT’s JEE and AIEEE are entrance level exams for engineering....
While IIT’s own JEE(Joint Entrance Exam) gets entrance to premier engineering institutions in India, selection is into regional colleges of engineering through AIEEE.... IITexamination is considered to be tough, while AIEEE is considered to be relatively easier.... I think point wise differences wud make it much more easier for u to understand... 1. AIEEE means All India Engineering Entrance Examination and IIT means Indian Institue of Technology.... 2. IIT is a group of institutions and AIEEE is an examination system conducted for various engineering institutes in India.... 3. AIEEE pertains to admission in varous architecture and engineering institutes across the country, including the National Institutes of Technology. On other hand, separate entrance examination called IIT-JEE, which is comonly caled as Joint Entrance Examination, is held for IIT seats.... 4. When comparing the two entrance exams, the IIT-JEE is considered to be the most prestigious entrance exam. The IIT-JEE is also tougher than the AIEEE.... 5. When comparing the questions asked in IIT-JEE and AIEEE, the former examination is very complex.... 6. While IIT-JEE stresses on building concepts and right application of the concept, the AIEEE stresses on demand, accuracy and speed.... ..... So hope dis vil help to clear ur query..... All D Best |

There is a lot of difference between IIT-JEE which is (Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Exam) and AIEEE which is (All India Engineering Entrance Exam). IIT-JEE is the most difficult Engineering Entrance exam in India. There is a Eligibility criteria required to appear for IIT-JEE exam ~you should be passed in XII examination from a schol of a recognized board or university. ~you should be having subjects like physics, chemistry and mathematics in XII board exams. ~there is a relaxation of age for reserved categories. ~one requires 60% marks if belongs to general or OBC category in XII exams, however 55% is required for SC/ST category students. for more information--->>CLICK HERE AIEEE is a national level examination by which one can take admission in the top colleges of India apart from IIT"s. ~~you should be passed in XII examination from a schol of a recognized board or university. ~you should be having subjects like physics, chemistry and mathematics in XII board exams or PCB,hence medical candidates can also apply for AIEEE Exam. ~there is a relaxation of age for reserved categories. ~one requires 60% marks if belongs to general or OBC category in XII exams, however 55% is required for SC/ST category students. ~one can also take admission in B.Architecture through this. for more information --->>CLICK HERE hope this helped with regards roknits |
