Does the graduates candidates of B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering needs to do Internship or Training? What is the main difference between these two? What are the advantage and disadvantages of Internship and Training?

Internship and training both helps us in improving our skills but the difference is that in internship you are expected to know the theory of subject and you have to do practicals like making projects. it can be paid or unpaid. Internship gives you experience of work place and it can offer you a real job if you perform well in internship. It can be of 3-6 months or longer.
Where in training you are expected to learn things and improve your skills. Companies give training to freshers and some experience employees of their company. It is paid as per their current job salary. After this training, candidate will continue to their current job. duration of training is from 15-30 days and for freshers it is for2 months normally.
Both training and Internship have their own advantages and their is no disadvantages of these as it's necessary to improve yourself yourself whether it is for getting a job or for performing well in that job.
