what rahul said is right, but being done public health course is not over , ur responsibility starts there, since u have to reach the public who are in needy. Yes u vil be appointed vith a good job and salary but that does not serve ur degree u have to work hard to reach the public and needy in remote far away places and serve them, if u have the confidence and zeal to work u can proceed further.
