I have registered for CPT exam which is going to be held on JUNE 2018. The form was filled on 30 June 2017. I have not received any message or letter containing registration number. So, i request you to look upon this matter and take appropriate action.

Look you have filled that form online and message of successful registration sent on your gmail account through mail. As well as you get print out of that which you have filled up.
They also send message on your mobile phone just after form submission. And in message everything is clearly written i.e registration number, name.
You should check message as well as email if print out is not with you.
