What to do incase of missing my 12th practical exams?
What should I do if I missed my practical exams of 12th? Can I repeat it like supplementary? What would be mentioned in my mark sheet? Will it be mentioned as Failed or Absent?

As practical examination is one of major examination for any paper so if any candidate miss it he/she will be considered failed. You can show a medical certificate to the authority in favour of your missing. Then the authority will decide the matter whether you will be given a second chance or not.
