What do you mean by Cost Accountants and which course to pursue for it?
What is meant by Cost Accountant? What is the job market of Cost Accountants in India? Which course do I have study for it? Do I have to study ICAI i.e., Institute of Cost Accountants of India or are there other courses available as well?

Cost Accountant examines , reviews and prepares final documents.
There are 3 levels for this course CMA Foundation CMA Intermediate CMA Final The duration of course varies from 8 months to 18 months. There is 100 hour training which every student must take to compete the course. Candidates aspiring to become cost Accountant can also persue MBA in Accounting . CMA is most commonly chosen course to become cost Accountant. Some other related courses are BBA in Accounting BSc Accountancy BA in Accountancy MBA in Accounting BCom in Accountancy etc Cost Accountant are in high demand in government, private , banking and finance sectors, development agencies,e education , training and research , as well as the service and Public utility sector. . |
