I am admitted to civil engineering branch in government polytechnic chandausi Uttar Pradesh. I belong to Moradabad Uttar Pradesh. I am financially very week. There is also government polytechnic in Moradabad. How can i be transfer from chaundasi polytechnic to Moradabad polytechnic in the same branch.please help me.
