What is the education qualification required to apply for RAS pre exam? Can you please list me down all the criteria which they will look for? What type of preparation is required for the exam? Kindly answer me on this soon as possible.

Eligibility for RAS exam :-

Candidate must be passed bachelor's degree from any recognized university.

Age limit:- 25 years to 45 years

RAS exam has two stages:-

1. preliminary examination

2. Main examination

3.Personality and viva-voce examination

Paper 1- General knowledge and general science
Paper 2 -one subject is selected from list.

Subjects in RAS main examination:-

Paper 1- General knowledge and general science
Paper 2- General knowledge of rajasthan ,Rajasthani society ,arts and culture
Paper 3 -General hindi
Paper 4 -General english

The full form of RAS is Rajasthan Administrative Services.

The eligibility criteria for Rajasthan Public Service Commission is:

1. Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Final year graduation candidates can also apply for exam.

2. Age limit is 21-35 years for RAS preliminary examination.

You need to prepare for general studies subject like social science subjects like Economics, Geography, Political Science etc. Preliminary exam is of objective type and mains exam is of subjective type.

RAS examination is conducted for recruitment of candidates as an officer in Rajasthan.

The required qualification to appear for examination is candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline.

The age limit to appear for examination is 21-35 years with relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category.

The candidate must have to prepare for examination as according to syllabus with determination and dedication to qualify in examination. Candidate must have better knowledge about Rajasthan ( Polity, History, Economy, Geography ).

RAS ( Rajasthan Administrative Service ) examination is conducted every year by Rajasthan Education department.

The eligibility to appear in examination is :

Candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline from recognised university.

The age limit is between 21-35 years with relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category.

So, if you satisfy the above qualification you can appear for examination. The examination is conducted in three stages.

The syllabus for examination is available at www.rajasthan.gov.in so candidate must start prepare as according to syllabus for final selection.

Eligibility criteria:

The candidate should have completed graduation in any stream from a recognised University.

You must be an Indian citizen.

Final year graduation appearing candidate can also eligible.

No need of percentage restrictions.


Age criteria:

The age limits are 21 years to 35 years.

For OBC candidates - 21 to 38 years.

For SC/ST candidates - 21 to 40 years.

Selection process:

Written examination.

Personal interview

To appear in RAS exam, aspirants must have completed graduation in any discipline from recognised University.

Age Relaxation will be provided as per the govt norms i.e. for SC/ST Candidate 5 years for OBC candidate 2 years.
