Sir, this is Nagendra and I have completed my Diploma in 2019. Am I eligible for Haryana Lateral Entry Entrance Test for Engineering examination? If yes, then please share the syllabus and exam pattern details along with sample test papers.

You need to have a diploma in engineering from a recognized college or institute to become eligible for lateral entry admission in any engineering degree course. You have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the Haryana State Technical University for admission.

Seats are allotted based on the rank in the entrance exam and you have to apply for lateral admission which will allow you to get admission directly in 2nd year based on your diploma in engineering.
