Hello everyone, I have applied for the Haryana Lateral Entry Entrance Test for Engineering so that I can study Lateral BTech course. I would like to know about the syllabus of this entrance test for this year. Can any of you kindly tell me about the syllabus?

Syllabus of Haryana LEET 2020-

The Haryana LEET 2020 exam will be conducted into 4 sections.
The questions will be asked from basic Sciences, general awareness, and degree subjects.
The last section will consist of Technical questions.

Examination pattern :-

Total question - 90.

Duration - 90 minutes.

Maximum marks - 90.

There will be 4 section and also sectional cut off from each of them.

syllabus for BE/BTech Lateral Entry Test

Mathematics

Arithmetic, Geometric and Harmonic progression elemental. Binomial expansions, elementary operations, rank of matrix, parabola, ellipse and hyperbola, differentiation and function, implicit function, parametric function, successive differentiation, maxima and minima, partial differentiation, definite and indefinite integration, first order and first degree order differentiation.

Physics

Units and dimensions, Motion in one and two dimensions, work and greg and laws of energy, properties of matter waves and vibration, Rotational motion, gravitation, Heat and Temperature, Geometric optics laser, Simple Laws of Electrostatics.

Chemistry

Hard and Soft water, types of hardness, disadvantages of the hardness of water, its causes and its remedies. Brief introduction of the term Acidity Basicity Ionization Equivalent weight Ph Value.

Communication Skills

Preposition, Correction, Voice, Narration, Punctuation and Tenses.

General Awareness

General Awareness about technical education in Haryana such as:

Name of the Polytechnic Eligibility for admissions to LEET, Number of Institution offering BTech/be/p Pharma, all general awareness about the state.

LEET 2020 is an online, objective-MCQ type examination. The paper is split into 4 sections, posing questions to test technical knowledge and basic sciences.
