What is the eligibility criteria for B.Ed?
I Have done BCA from IGNOU with 65% marks and i am Interested to take admission in B.ed.So I want to Know that what is Eligiblity Creteria for B.ed . (My decision is correct or not Please suggest me...)Thanks..

Your decision to take up B.Ed is really good. Teaching is considered as one of the noblest profession. Many Colleges in India offer B.Ed. The eligibility for B.Ed is to obtain 50% marks in graduation from any recognized University. Since you have scored 65% you can surely apply for B.Ed. Some of the Universities conduct entrance exam for B.Ed admission.

dear friend,
My friend , if you want to become a teacher in future then you can go for B.ed course. To get admission in B.ed course , all you need is you just have to complete the graduation in any trade.. Eligibility for B.ed course:- 1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade with 45% aggregate.. This is the only eligibility criteria you have to fulfill. So, go for it.. So first of all Eligibility Criteria : 1.Academic qualification : The candidate should complete graduation The candidate should carry minimum 50% marks in graduation 2.Age criteria : The age of the candidate should be within 21 to 32 years. B.ED can be done regular or from distance education. There are many university which offers B.ED. ALMOST ALL reputed university conduct entrance exam for taking candidate in their college for B.ED course. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLYING FOR B.ED ENTRANCE EXAMINATION 1.GRADUATION (B.SC,B.COM,BA)FROM RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY WITH AT LEAST 50% MARKS. Hello Friend,
B.ED (Bachelor of Education) is an under graduate program which qualifies the graduate as a teacher in schools. Eligibility criteria for B.ED: 1.The candidates should have passed Bachelor degree of Arts/Science in any recognized university with minimum 50% agreegate marks for (General) and 40% for (SC/ST). 2.Age limit for Fresher 35 years and for Deputed No age limitation. 3.The aspirant must appear the entrance exam conducted by the different insttutions and merit in qualifying the examinations. After that you will get admission in B.ED program of the college. After B.ED you should eligible for M.ED or The Master Of education. The candidates who are intrested to join teaching line as their career can go for B.ED .After completion B.ED one can join as a teacher in primary/High schools. All The Best. |

The eligible candidate must be an Indian Citizen having completed Graduation in Arts, Science and to some extent Commerce with 50% marks and above qualification from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 35 years can apply for B.Ed. B.Ed. stands for Bachelor of Education. This is a two years teacher's training course which can be taken after Graduation.

Yes you are definitely eligible to do the B.Ed course as you are completely eligible for the course as per your educational qualifications. The Eligibility Criteria Required For B.Ed Course are : * You must have completed graduation in any stream from any recognized college/university. * You must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in graduation. * There is no relaxation in minimum marks required for candidates belonging to any category. * There is no age limit for this course.
