What is the fees to fill the form for CLAT?


what is fees while filling the form of clat? ...could u please send to me the deatails

The common law admissiont test (CLAT) forms are now available in the state bank of india (SBI) branches. The forms are available from 15th january 2013 and the last dae is 30th march 2013.
The fees of the form is Rs. 3000 for general category. And Rs. 2500 fpr the sc/st category (proof required).
You’ll have to fill the challan form and the mode of payment will be either cadh or demand draft in favour of the registrar of the concerned NLU.

Hi
The CLAT forms will cost Rs.3000 for a general category candidate and Rs.2500 for a sc/st category candidate. For sc/st candidates proof is required. The forms are available in the SBI branches. The last date is 30th of march 2013.

CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test. This is an All India National Law Entrance Test which is conducted by fourteen national law universities in turns. The notifications for this exam is generally released in the month of January and exams take place in the month of May.

Programmes Available Through CLAT:-
  • UG - Five year integrated BA/BSc/BBA/BSW/BCom LLB (Hons) degree courses
  • PG - Two Year LLM degree course
Eligibility Criteria for the UG Course:-
  • You should have should have obtained a Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognised Board.
  • At 10+2 level you need to secure not less than 50% of marks in aggregate. 45% of marks needs to be secured in case you are a SC/ST/OBC and PWD candidate.
  • Your age should not be more than 20 years if you are a General or OBC category candidate and 22 years in case you are an SC/ST or PWD Candidate.
  • You can give this exam if you are a final year student but you must have passed the qualifying examination at the time of his/her admission and be able to submit its proof.
Application Procedure

Follow the easy steps written below:-
  • Cost of the fee is Rs. 3000 for General Category candidate and Rs. 2500 for SC/ST candidates on submission of proof. The forms will be available from the esignated branches of the State Bank of India (SBI) and in all the participating NLUs.
  • You can send a DD in favour of the NLU in charge of the exam in that year and get the application form.
  • Forms can be obtained by sending a requisition letter along with a Demand Draft of Rs.3100/- (Rs.2600/- in case of SC/ST candidates) drawn in favor of the NLU in charge of conducting the exam that year.
  • You can also make the payment online through net-banking, debit card, credit card, etc. You have to have to bear the additional transaction costs for remitting the fees online through payment gateways.

For admission to the National law colleges you have to give the CLAT or Common Law Entrance Test

Educational Qualifications required to sit in this exam is: 12th Pass with Minimum 45% marks
Age- Maximum age to apply is 20 years


Questions will be asked from the below sections in the written test:
English including Comprehension - 40 marks
Legal Aptitude- 50 marks
Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability) 20 marks
Logical Reasoning – 40 marks
General Knowledge/ Current Affairs – 50 Marks


Fees to apply for CLAT is Rs 3000

CLAT is stands for Common Law Admission Test .This exam is conducted for admission for LLB & LLM course .

If you have completed 12th standard from any stream with above 50% marks then you are eligible to attend in CLAT exam for admission in Under graduate course .

If you want to apply for Post graduate course , then you must have BL or LLB degree with above 55% marks .

The candidate age should not be more than 20 Years for under graduate course .

CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test.

CLAT Exam is conducted for admission to LLB & LLM Courses in Top Law Colleges of India.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for UG Courses

If you have completed your 10+2 with 45% marks or above in any stream, then you can appear for CLAT Exam for joining any UG Course.

5% relaxation of marks is provided to SC/ST Candidates.

Age of the Candidate must be below 20 years on 1st July 2013.

2 years relaxation in age is provided to SC/ST Candidates.

But if you have done Graduation, and you wish to join PG course.

Eligibility for PG Courses

Then, you must have at least 55% marks in LL. B/B. L. Degree from a recognized University.

5% relaxation of marks is provided to SC/ST Candidates.

Application Forms of CLAT 2013 Exam are available at the Designated Branches of SBI.
