SAT stands for Scholastic Ability Test which is conducted for admission to Bachelor of Engineering course in USA.

Every college and universities of USA accept this score for admissions. It is conducted to evaluate the writing, reading and mathematical skills of the candidate.

Exam Pattern of SAT exam:
Duration of Exam: 3 hours and 45 minutes.
SAT Exam is divided into two parts:

• SAT Reasoning Test
• SAT Subject Based Test

Examination fee of SAT is: $43, (with Essay $54.50)

TOEFL stands for Test of English as a Foreign language.

Duration of Exam: 3 hours 10 minutes (approx.4 hours because of reading section and listening section)

Following sections will be covered in this exam:
Reading - 60 to 80 minutes duration - 35-46 questions
Listenting - 60 to 90 minutes duration - 34-51 questions
Break - 10 minutes
Speaking - 20 minutes duration - 6 tasks

Fee to appear for TOEFL Exam: $170 (or, about 11,265 Indian Rupees)
