what are the funtion of management...please tell me what are they

There are four important functions of management:

1. Planning:

It is the first stage where a detailed outline or plan is made to achieve a goal of an organization.

2. Organizing:

In this, the manager organizes the different task in order to get to the result end.

3. Leading or Leadership:

It is the important function of manager in which he/she leads the whole team towards the goal of organization.

4. Controlling:

It is the final function of management. Once a plan has been carried out, manager checks and evaluates the whole process whether goal is met or not. If goals are not manager must take corrective action to get final results.
