Is there any provision of direct admission to IIT roorkee on the basis of GATE score in Civil Engineering or is appearing for written test/interview a mandatory procedure ?

gate score is 359 in civil engg.
category- sc
what are the chances of getting admission in iit roorkee in transportation & structural engg.

i completed my computer science and engineering (cse ) in b tech in 2011
but iam intrested in civil engineering , can u suggest me whether any possibility to join directly in second year in civil engineering, for that what is the entrance test for IIT

i have 674 score in gate 2012 from me stream.i am belonging to general category. can i get thermal{PG} in iit roorkee in forth coming conselling.
