I have completed 10th, B.Sc, M.Sc and M.Phil. But 12th, i have not completed so what will happen in this case? Correct solution asking for your advice sir please help.

There is no issue if the candidate have not done or pursue 12th.

As, it is not necessary to get admission in bachelor degree only after 12th as candidates can get admission even after pursuing equivalent degree from any recognised board or universities.

So, if you have an equivalent degree then there is no issue.

If you have completed B.Sc it means you have also completed the degree which is equivalent to 12th because the minimum qualification required for the admission in bachelor degree is 12th or equivalent degree from recognized board. So there is no issue if you have the degree which is equivalent to 12th.
