B.Com stands for Bachelor of Commerce. This is a 3 year Graduation commerce related course being offered by several colleges and universities in India.

The minimum academic qualification that is required for the candidates to join this course is completion of 12th class.

Soon after the completion of B.Com course, my suggestion for you would be to go for higher studies like
ICEAI
MBA
for better career scope.

If you are unable to do your higher studies, then opt for job opportunity.

You can get job opportunities in
Banks
Insurance Companies
Gold Loan Companies
Stock Broking Companies
Asset Management Companies
IT companies etc.

Mostly you will be given job opportunities in the following departments
Accounting department
Finance department
Taxation department etc.

You should have good command of accounting concepts of your academics to get a job.

But if you go for job opportunity on the basis of B.Com course, you will not be given good salary and not only that the job profile that you are going to get will not be higher level.

The complete scrap work that should be performed will be given to these candidates.

However after attaining hands on experience, your salary will be good and you will be given promotion to higher levels.

With regard to BCA, only few companies are recruiting the candidates of BCA course.

The reason being they are going to hire more of MCA and B.Tech candidates.

To get job after MCA course, you should be strong enough in
-One front end technology like C, Java etc.
-One backend technology like Oracle
-One operating system like Windows

Then you will get the job easily.
