I am interested in doing in B.Com hons, but i would like to know the jobs available for that course, and what is the difference between bcom general and bcom honors courses?

If you want job in government sector then you will have to crack entrance examinations. In private sector there is not good job opportunities for simple Bachelor of Commerce Honours candidate. It is better for any candidate either to pursue any professional course like Chartered Accountancy course, ICWA course and Company secretary course etc.

You can apply for government job entrance exams like SSC CGL exam, Bank PO and clerk exam, Civil Services examination etc. The difference is that in Honours course, you specialize in a particular subject of related stream and that in general course is that you just get overview of all subjects and no specialization.
