In your query you have stressed on Central Government Job.

As you are a 3rd year student of B.Tech., you can't apply for any government jobs
which require Graduation degree.
You can apply for such jobs during final year of B.Tech. or after passing B.Tech.

As a B.Tech. Graduate you can apply for technical jobs in following

The UPSC and SSC exams are conducted on regular intervals.

The recruitment in all PSUs is not conducted on a regular intervals.
Some PSUs (NTPC, BHEL, SAIL, CIL, ONGC, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, ISRO, DRDO) conduct
recruitment on regular intervals (every year) but mostly other conduct recruitment
drive depending upon availability of vacancy/requirement only.

some of these take through gate rank and some conduct their own exam so you have to apply for gate exam also.thank you

i am a 4th year student, after complit my HS then i was studies chemistry honears after two years i was doing electrical engineering . can i get a job after complit my btech.
