After completing BCA and MCA, you can definitely gets jobs in Software companies abroad.

But you need to have some work experience.
Freshers cannot get job directly in abroad countries.

It is possible only if there is campus placement in your college and you are selected.

Also if you join any Big Software companies after competing your BCA and MCA than they may send to their client offices in other countries for 3-5 years.
