There's no age limit for appearing the CTET Examination but there are certain educational qualifications which you need to qualify for appearing the examination.The qualifications are:-
Minimum Qualifications for Classes 1'st-5'th :Primary Stage Senior Secondary with at least a minimum of 50% and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education.Candidates who have completed their graduation or even those who are in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education are eligible for appearing the examination. I have attached the eligibility criteria below.Please go through it. Minimum Qualification for Classes 6'th-8'th: Elementary Stage Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks in graduation.Candidates who are appearing in the final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed),B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A. Ed/B.Sc.Ed or 1-year B.Ed. There is no age limit for the CTET exam. CTET-Central Teacher Entrance Test. The minimum educational qualification for this exam is graduation with atleast 45% marks. Application Fee: For SC/ST it is 250/- Rs For General and OBC it is 500/- Rs. Pattern of Exam: This will be an objective type questions. There will not be negative marking. All the best. |

CTET exam registration is going on.Anyone can apply for CTET exam as there is no restriction about age.Candidates must possess Graduation/Senior Secondary plus 2 years Diploma in relevant subject.
Selections would be made on basis of performance in Written Examination. CTET - Central Teacher's Eligibility Test conduicted by CBSC every year for selection of Teacher for classes I to V(Primary Stage) and for classes VI to VII(Elementary Stage)
There is no upper age limit for CTET. |

CTET- Central Teacher Eligiblity Test
CTET Eligibility:-- Paper I for Class I-V :--- Candidate should be pass in 10+2 with minimum 50% marks or should have two year diploma course in Elementry education or candidate should have graduate degree with minimum 50% marks or those who are appearing in first year of B.Ed course are also eligible for CTET exam. Paper II for Class VI-VIII:-- Candidate who have graduate degree or those who are appearing in final year of two year Diploma course in Elementary Education or those who have appeard in first year of B.Ed. course are eligible to appear in CTET exam. Relaxation for reserve candidate.There is no age limit to appear in the CTET Exam. |
