The maximum age limit is 38 year, to become DSP.

Eligibility for Deputy Superintendent of Police.

^ You should have Indian citizenship.
^ You should have a graduate degree from recognized university.
^ You will have to qualify the IPS exam.
^ you will have a regular service in the IPS post around 8 to 15 years.
^ Your age should be between 21 to 38 years.
^ The minimum height required is 168 cm. Relaxation is also available for the candidates.
^ To become DSP, you need to qualify the IPS exam first.
