Hi, my current age is 23 years old and I have studied till 9th standard. So, can I do any ITI courses? If yes, then when and how to apply for it? If not, then which technical course can I study at this age and on the basis of 9th standard?

The eligibility for IIT course is
Candidate must have passed 12 standard with 50% in physics, chemistry and maths
Candidate must be of a certain age for the admission
If you want to study in IIT you will also have to appear for a entrance exam which is JEE
So , you will first have to score 50% in your 12 standard and will also have to get good merit in the entrance exam
As for now you are not eligible as you do not fulfill the criteria
