What is the minimum percentage required in B.Tech to write the AP-PSC Group 1 examination?

Hi, I have completed my B.Tech and now wish to apply and write the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (AP-PSC) Group 1 examination. Am I eligible for it? What should be my minimum score in B.Tech?
