What is the passing criteria in M.A. Rural Development (MARD), IGNOU?


I have obtained 3.10 CPA/56% in M.A. Rural Development (MARD) from IGNOU. What does this mean? Have I qualified the course? I want to know the full marks & what I obtained in this course.
