IGNOU Master of Arts Rural Development-Rural Development Planning and Management Papers is a non-technical paper and questions are of subjective type and all questions are of equal marks. The paper has 5 questions in it and each question is with own alternative. Questions asked are such as Demerits of Decentralised Planning, Components of District planning, Functions of ManagementDetailed Project Report,Concurrent and Terminal Evaluation, VOs and NGOs etc. Each question is with sub-questions and is with different marks for that.
