IGNOU Master of Arts Rural Development-Rural Development: Indian Context Paper is a descriptive paper and requires a good command in language as well as topics. Total questions in the paper are 5 and each question has its alternative. All the questions are of equal marks. Most of the questions have sub-questions and sub-questions of different questions carry different marks as well as word limit.
