What is the passing criteria of Master of Arts in Rural Development offered by IGNOU?


I am student of Master of Arts in Rural Development (MARD) doing from IGNOU and I scored grade-C and four subject with grade -D. What does this means? Have I qualified the exam? How can I convert this grade into percentage?
