What is the passing criteria of OPENMAT?


Hi, what is this OPENMAT entrance examination useful for? Which university or body conducts this exam? What is the marking scheme and passing criteria? Is there any negative marking? Which all universities accepts OPENMAT score?

OPENMAT (OPEN Management Aptitude Test) is conducted by the Indira Gandhi National Open University for admission to various postgraduate degree and diploma courses in the field of management study. The OPENMAT test is conducted twice a year and considered for admission to management programmes of IGNOU only.

There is no negative marking

the minimum marks required to get admission to any of the management programmes offered by IGNOU, the student has to score at least 60% - 70%.

Below is the pattern:: Total time 3 hr

General Awareness: 30 Questions
English Language: 50 Questions
Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Questions
Reasoning: 70 Questions
