Please Tell What will be the Pattern and syllabus Of NSTSE Paper for standard 3rd Students?

sir iam tarun rajput partcepating in national science talent search examination by fiitjee .its exam date is 09 oct 2011 when i get admit card and hall ticket .iam from uttarakhand.

Subject:Request for postponment of NSTSE 2011 Exam scheduled for 4th Dec 2011]

Respected Sir/Madam,

As an educationist on behalf of PTA of students studying Indian schools in Gulf (KSA)and an Observer for the examination of NSTSE in Hyderabad A.P India ,I would like bring to your apprasial that due to the Winter Vacation 26th Oct to 18th Nov 2011 for the Gulf schools and the recent strikes in Hyderabad A.p ,India .None of the Indian schools in Gulf (KSA) nor the schools in Hyderabad -A.P have covered the syllabus for the current academic year 2011 . Which is also the syllabus for NSTSE exam for all grades II to IX. After the schools reopens from 19th Nov, untill 3rd Dec there are only 11 working days before the schedule date for NSTSE exam 4th Dec 2011 .I am sure the esteeme group of NSTSE expets are aware that, in such a short span of time it is not only impossible to cover the remaning academic syllabus but also will be highly unfair to the students who have entrusted their teachers with their future.

Here I would like to quote NSTSE's View:"The focus on fundamentals is so important that when the child, "FINISHES STUDIES," he/she will have to face the competitive world armed with these fundamentals." once the child, "finishes studies" as he/she will have to face the competitive world armed with these fundamentals."

'The purpose of NSTSE to measure the skills of thinking,analysing ,understading of different concepts by students to identify talented students and nurture/improve their talent can be achieved only when the students are subjected to an exam /test after the completion of the syllabus .'

With out the completion of the syllabus,for no fault of the pupils ,subjecting the students-at large to any form of test /exam will result in the whole purpose and philosophy behind the Unified Council's NSTSE being sadly lost.

I humbly request Unified Council''s NSTSE ,Coordinator, members,Observer for the examination to consider postponing the date 4th Dec of NSTSE 2011 , in the interest of all the students of Hyderabad and Gulf at large ,so as to uphold the genuine purpose and philosophy NSTSE .In anticipation ..
