I want to know what is the required percentage for getting into aiims for mbbs-medical?

AIIMS stands for All India Institute of Medical Science and the AIIMS entrance examination is held for the selection of students for their MBBS course from various AIIMS across the country.

To be eligible for appearing in this examination one must have qualifications given below :-

You must have completed your 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as your main subjects from recognized board of education. Also you must secure at least 60% aggregate in above mentioned subjects.

Also your age must be within 17 years to 25 years til, the final date of year in which you are appearing in the same examination.

Also to clear this examination for their selection one needs to secure at least 50% marks in the same examination.

In both the cases relaxation upto few percentage is provided to SC/ST candidates.

The notifications for new session examination the notification is released by the end of March and forms are available till the fist week of April. Also the examination is generally held on the very first of June.
