i have bend my legs at knees and i have a minor surgery is me elgible to become ips

i have made eye surgery before a yr...i m preparing for upsc 2012 and my preference is IPS...am i eligible for ips or not..:)

i hav undergone operation nd fixed plate in knee can i hav opportunity to do areonautical engineering
