Physical Fitness training is the guidance given on health matters to an individual by a fitness trainer. The purpose of this training is to make human beings become quite lively and well-being in the society. It helps in increasing the lifespan of an individual and thereby, we can carve out a much better society without diseases. Various Universities and colleges offer undergraduate and postgraduate fitness programs through out the world. There are many fitness courses in medical side as well as in general fitness training. In India, the Sports Authority of India (SAI) provides various programmes in sports and athletics and its various branches. The fitness programs offered in medical side are the programmes in Allopathic, Ayurvedic, and its related fields.

Qualifying Exam

Since there are various Universities offering these courses, the qualification criterion will be different for different institutions. To apply for the physical fitness programs in Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy a candidate is required to pass the AYUSH entrance exam. There are several other examinations conducted by several institutions for getting admission in the fitness programme.

Who is eligible to apply?

To apply for the medical side fitness training entrance exam, the candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination from Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. The aspirants who have secured an aggregate of 50% in the qualifying examination can apply for the test.

How to prepare for exam and interview?

The candidates in order to prepare for the medical side fitness exam should have detailed knowledge in the science subjects in 10+2 level. The aspirants who pass the examination can do the relevant programmes. Those who complete the course with good percentage and having awareness in the technical aspects can become excellent Physical trainers. There are abundant opportunities arising in public and private sectors for these professionals. Physical Fitness trainers are given good scale of pay in India and abroad.

    If the person has only done 10th so, if he can become a gym instructer.??
