What is the procedure to apply for 12th HSC board as a external candidate?
I have completed my 10th Board exam in year 2005, then took admission in Diploma course. Completed my Diploma in 2009. Now after 10 years I want to give 12th Board exam in a Commerce stream. Is it possible and what is the procedure?

After diploma you dont need to give 12th board exam actually.Because Diploma is basically done after 10th or after 12th.So in case you have already done diploma after 10th exam then you can go for higher degree such as graduation or masters and Phd.You dont need to do give 12th board exam.
