Hello Sir, I am studying in the government college in Karnataka and I want to take transfer from here to another college in government seat? What are procedure and conditions?

There are various procedures depending on the amount of time you have taken for the following
If the other college where you want to get a transfer is offering the same University exam for the course you have taken only then you will be eligible to change your college
If you are only in the admission procedure and wish to change your college that will be easy
if you have secure admission in a government college and have paid the fees and studying in the college you will have to pay a penalty as well as some other amount or the full fees of the college
You will also require a transfer certificate and a valid reason for the following from the college which you are studying
