What qualification is required to become an railway engine driver? Can you please provide me the complete details on the same? It will be helpful if you an answer me soon on this. Please provide me the details soon as possible. Thank you!

Raliway Driver Eligibility

Education Qualification
You must have passed 10th class with ITI course in specified branch.

Age Limit
Your age should be between 18 to 30 years. Relaxation applicable as per government norms.

Entrance Exam Syllabus
- General Knowledge
- English
- Aptitude
- Maths

Apply For Railway Driver
- Apply to RRB for engine driver post when notification released.
- Qualify the exam with good score.
- First , You will be posted as an assistant in goods train. After that , You will be posted as an assistant on passenger train & then express train .

- For railway engine driver , Minimum qualification required is matriculation plus ITI course and Age Limit is 18 to 30 years.
- You also required to qualify entrance exam conducted by railway recruitment board.

Application Procedure For RRB
- Visit the site : www.rrbonlinereg.in
- Click "New Registration".
- Click "Apply Now".
- Click on link for which you want to apply.
- Fill the registration detail Name , Birth Date , Email Id , Education Qualifications.
- Upload scanned photograph & signature online.
- Make a payment online.
- Click " Submit ".
- Print application for your reference.
