NATA is an aptitude test conducted by the Council of Architecture for those aspirants who wish to avail admissions into the 5 year B.Arch courses.

Applicants who have passed SSC (Class 10th) or equivalent examination can appear for NATA exam but are not eligible for the B.Arch admissions.

Those candidates who have passed 10+ 2 or equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate are eligible for NATA exam. You must have studied Mathematics as a main subject in 10+2 or equivalent.

NATA stands for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture.

This entrance exam is conducted by National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture once every year for selection of candidates for admission into Bachelor of Architecture.

Eligibility criteria for NATA:

>>10+2 passed or appearing from a recognized university is the minimum academic qualification required to appear for this exam.

>>Candidate must have studied mathematics as one of the subjects in qualifying exam. Minimum percentage of marks in 10+2 should be 50 and in mathematics also.

>>You must have attained the age of at least 17 years. There is no upper age limit decided by examination conducting body.

Examination Pattern of NATA: It has three sections.

Section I: It includes a drawing paper of 120 minutes.

Section II: It is computer related online aesthetic sensitivity exam of one hour duration.

Section III: It consists of questions of free hand sketching.

You can apply both in offline as well as in online mode. The notification for the 2015 NATA exam is not yet announced. For any more details, you can visit the official website that is www.nata.in

NATA means National Aptitude Test in Architecture.

Qualification required for NATA:

Those who have passed their 10+2 with mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects can apply for the exam. 10+2 appearing candidates can also apply for it.

Minimum % of marks is 50 in 10+2.

The online application for NATA 2015 has been started from 30/03/2015. You can apply online at www.nata.in

NATA is an National Aptitude Test in Architecture..
The eligibility criteria are as follows..

Its a diploma course you can say which can be one after 10th from a recognized board 10+2 pass candidates can also apply for this exam.

NATA stands for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture.

It is conducted by National Institute of Advanced Studies every year for admission of candidates in Bachelor of Architecture.

Eligibility : Candidate who have completed 10th standard or equivalent examination can appear for NATA exam.
But to get admission in B.Arch course candidate have to complete 12th standard with minimum 50% marks with mathematics as compulsory subject and also have to pass aptitude test.

NATA score will be eligible for period of 2 years.

NATA means National Aptitude Test in Architecture.
This test is conducted every year by The Council Of Architecture (COA) to get admission in B.Arch.
NATA score is eligible for 2 years only

Eligibility criteria for NATA :-
  • The candidate must be completed his /her 12th class by scoring 50% marks with Mathematics as one of the subjects from any recognised board.
  • The candidate who passed their 10th class or equivalent passed can also apply for this exam.

The exam pattern of NATA :


It consists of two parts :
  • NATA Drawing Test
    1. Time duration : two hours
    2. The question paper consists of two parts :
    3. Free hand drawing
    4. Memory sketch
  • NATA Aesthetic Sensitivity Test
