I have done my mba HR. I would like to know what questions will ask in interview for HR guy. Pls tell me.

You will be asked question in both general as well your area of specialisation. General questions will include areas like why you would like to take up this opportunity, what your strength and weakness are. Also questions like why the company should take you on board. Technical questions that can be asked include various models that can be used in a particular type of organisation, how to handle certain issues in the company etc. It is important you be confident throughout the interview.

I have done MBA. HR is my Minor specialization. But I got call from a company for their HR vacancies. What will they ask about my specialization?

I am working in siemens ltd in quality department and i have good knowledge in industrial project management( large infrastructure-energy sector) but i don't have mba degree, can you suggest me for mba my branch is electrical.
