respected sir, in po cwe they have demanded age of 20 as on 1 july 2011. My dob is 26-26-1991. So i was eligible at dat time. now i qualified. But at time of interview they ask age between 21 to 30. ibps cwe ka minimum educational qualification was graduation degree in any discipline.
but now sabhi banks general category mein 55% and obc/sc/st mein 50% maang rahen hain.
aise candidates ko unite hona hoga warna sab dekhte hi rah jaayenge.

5.Why you are joining in these bank....etc..

A call letter is a Call through Paper .

Once you are cleared all the rounds which are conducted by the Specific Organizations where you are appeared, then the Company Itself will send you a letter which is called as CALL LETTER.

A Call Letter Contains the Info regarding :

Joining Date,
Training Period,
Remuneration(Salary),
Increments Details,
Project Title on which you will be Working,
Bond Period If any,
Companies Contact Info,

I.B.P.S. - Institute Banking of Personnel Section.
C.W.E. - Common Written Examination.

A C.W.E. is conducted by the I.B.P.S. as a pre-requisite for selection personnel for clerical cadre posts twice in 19 public sector bank.

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Nationality -

* Indian
* Nepalian
* Bhutanian
* a Tibetan Refugee.
* an Indian Origin migrated from other country.

2. Age -

Minimum - 18 years
Maximum - 28 years.

5yrs, 3 yrs, and 10 yrs re-lactation for SC/ST, OBC and PD candidates respectively.

3. Educational Qualification -

* must have to get 60% in 10 th standard
* must have get 50% in 12 th standard
* must have to get 50% in degree level.

Generally the notification comes in the middle of the January and the result is declared in June.

1. Why do you want to join this bank and not other bank?
2. If you will get job in better company or firm then will you join it and leave this bank?
3. If you will be transfered to another city will you go to that city and if not why?
4. What is your hobby?(Note:- then they will ask you related question to that hobby like if you said football is your hobby then they may ask you which football game is currently going on country or world?)
5. How many are there in your family and what are they doing or where are they working?

Pay attention to the nervousness, the way you speak, its pace and clarity of words. You can even record your voice to notice the problem areas and rectify them.
