Rajasthan Public service commission now published the revised new syllabus for the written examination of Rajasthan RAS Exam 2013. Jobslip.in brought new Syllabus and pattern of Rajasthan administrative examination for our subscribed blog users. rpsc recently published the time table for upcoming examination 2013/ recruitment information . RPSC RAS Pre exam 2013 will be conducted in the month of June 2013. and ras mains exam will be conducted October 2013 . well when ever ras pre 2013 notification will be out jobslip.in will try to inform you immediately here
According to Rpsc new pattern following exam pattern will be adopted

Rajasthan RAS Exam 2013 New pattern and Syllabus

RAS pre Exam 2013: a prelim examination will be conducted for screening of the candidates. This test will be also known as screening test. Ras pre exam will carry total 200 marks. Question will be objective type only. Question will be related from latest current affairs of Rajasthan and India, General awareness, 20% question will be related from Rajasthan history , geography latest current eve, Rajasthan GK etc. marks score by candidates in ras pre exam will not be added in selection procedure, this will be only conducted for screening purpose only

RAS Mains Exam: in mains examination their will be total four question paper. Each question paper will carry total 200 marks. Question will be descriptive type.

Question Paper 1: General knowledge, General study, history of modern India, Indian politics, Indian economics, Indian nation revolution, Indian culture, capital and culture literature of Rajasthan, history and tradition of Rajasthan, , administrative system of Rajasthan, social structure of Rajasthan etc

Question Paper 2: general knowledge and general study II general science, Every day science, important of science and technology in development of India. Fundamental knowledge of computer, reasoning, math etc

Question paper 3 : General knowledge and generals study III , Indian and nation importance latest current affairs, issues, development opportunity in Rajasthan, five year plan administrative management, globalization, privatization, etc

Question Paper 4 : language knowledge of India language
Hindi 50 % 100 marks
Rajasthani : 10 % 20 Marks
English : 40% 80 marks

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate should be origin of India.

Candidate should complete the Graduation from recognized university with any stream.

The candidate age limit should be between 21 to 30 years.

The upper age relaxation for other categories.

3 years upper age relaxation for OBC Candidates.

5 years upper age relaxation for SC/ST Candidates.

10 years upper age relaxation for PWD Candidates.

No of Attempts:

General Candidates - 4 times

OBC Candidates- 7 times

SC/ST Candidates- No limit

Preliminary Exam

Main Exam

Interview

This exam is conducted by RAJASTAN Government for recruiting the govt posts in Rajastan

Eligibility details of the RAS :

You must have completed graduation from any recognized university.

Minimum 25 years of age.

The maximum age allowed is 45 years.

Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories.

5 years for SC/ST Candidates.

3 years for OBC candidates.

10 years for physically handicapped candidates.

The above mentioned are the eligibility details of the RAS Exam.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION :

Main Examination.

The Prelimiary examination consists of two papers,which consists of objective questions.

ELIGIBILITY:

candidate should complete graduation from a recognized university

Age limit for this exam is 21 to 30 years
