what are requirements for PCS exams???????????..please tell me the requirement

PCS stands for Punjab Civil Services.


Eligibility criteria for PCS :-

1] The candidate must be a citizen of India.

2] The age limit of the candidate must be 21 to 37 years.

3] There is also a age relaxation provided to SC/ ST/ OBC category candidate as per government rule.

4] The candidate must be completed his/ her graduation from any recognized university.

5] The candidate must have a knowledge of Punjabi language.
He/ she must be passed his/ her 12th class with punjabi as a compulsory subject from any recognized board.

Selection procedure for PCS consist of three stages :-

1] Main Competitive Examination

2] Preliminary Competitive Examination

3] Physical test

In physical test :-

>> Height :-

1] For men :- 5'7''

2] For women :- 5'3"

>> Chest :-

Men only :-

* Unexpanded :- 33 inches

* Expanded :- 34.5 inches
