What are the reservation for student from Manipur because of financial problems in Manipur?
the supreme court passed resolution: any kind of band or blocket is illigal, but at present in manipur we are facing economic or many kinds of blocket which results in starvation in all respect of education, medical, food etc. can this be solved? please provide me any legal aid or suggestion for the problem to solve.

16 march 2007- a bill known as manipur reservation of vacancies ....due to relentless pressure from all tribal student union.
