i am a resident of Manipur.
As i read about the Paul foundation scholarship
it is said that its main target is the poorest localities of Kolkata.
can i apply for this scholarship?

If you belong to a poor family, then surely you can apply for such scholarships. It should not be limited to only few localities. Just make sure your family income is not high.

Most of the scholarships are meant for poor students, who can't afford the high costs. If you have merit, then surely you can get such scholarships.
