Dear sir i have not been recieve my NDA/NA 2 exam admit card.Iforget my form no and registration no.I am from Manipur.What shoul i do now.Please help.

I didn't got any confirmation on my e mail id of submission of my application form of nda II exam but on upsc site it is written that registration has been successfully done. What does this mean? Whether my application form is accepted or rejected.I have the printed form with me .Please tell me also whether i can get my admit card or not?
